Take a regular camera and focus on the mirror's frame with the yourself in the camera lens too. Take a picture, you will be fuzzy but the frame will be sharp and in focus. Now focus on you in the mirror with the mirror's frame in the picture too, You will be in focus but the frame will be fuzzy. Just because the frame is bouncing your reflection from 2 meters where it stands does not mean your image is 2 meters away from you. the distance for focus is 4 meters away from your position.

We know, the image formed in the plane mirror is at the same distance as the you are in front of it.

Distance b/w you and your image = 2 m + 2 m = 4 m
