Respected Sir
This letter is to grab your attention regarding the severe unrest that took place in the Jamuma Saree and textile mill 4 days back.
Some workers wanted a hike in their salary which was rejected by the authority which forced them to start a rally against the owners. This created huge unrest and dispute in the factory which was hampering the working environment as well as the peace of mind of the others. In that circumstance, the new union leader, the 24 year old Ganesh Basu came forward and explained the workers to calm down. He also approached the owners and told them to negotiate peacefully. The owners agreed and finally the dispute ended and the workers got back to their work.
Had Mr. Ganesh not come forward that day, the issue had not been solved. Thus he became a great example of a responsible citizen.

Respected Sir:
Sir, I am the HR for this company for almost 2 years now. Recently there was an outbreak when some of the employees made a wrong impression of the higher authority. We couldn't control them and even the police couldn't get in as the company was locked from inside. Suddenly, there was a young man who stood up with a microphone getting everyone to conscience that they all fooled and misbelieved about the authority by their own members. Only, then it came to a calm hand to hand talk and everything were settled down. We really appreciated the person and promoted to be the new committee head.
Sincerely,
XXX
Humar resource Manager.
