1. Vide this judgment, I shall dispose of the suit filed by the plaintiff for possession and permanent injunction.
2. The facts necessary to dispose of the present suit as alleged by the plaintiff are that Late Ajit Singh S/o Labh Singh was the owner of the property bearing No.C21, measuring about 167 sq. yds. Vishnu Garden, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi - 110 018. The suit property was purchased by father of the plaintiff i.e. Late Ajit Singh from M/s Mahabir Housing Society (Regd). 3279, South Patel Nagar, New Delhi vide receipt No.847 dated 29.01.1956, receipt No.10203 dated 09.02.1956, receipt No.11170 dated 14.03.1956, receipt No.11948 dated 18.04.1956, receipt No.14473 dated 09.07.1956 and receipt No.18471 dated 21.01.1958 and the payments were given by those receipts and after paying the same amount, the possession was handed over to the father of the plaintiff. Late Ajit Singh was died on 26.11.1982 and after the death of Sh. Ajit Singh the possession of the suit property consisting two rooms and covered area with latrine bathroom with open yard was handed over to the plaintiff Sh.
