sir:

I placed an order for the bulk purchase of books for our school library on December 19, 2020 . I had specifically written in the order placement letter that we need the books that 5 books of copies should make 50 copies but you have made only 10 copies. since the time limit was not honored , i feel compelled to cancel the order now..

but next time again if there will be a mistake..

Then the school shall not pay any charges of any type, if it receives any delivery of the ordered books
