Dear Madam:
I am writing to you to bring your kind attention towards the fact that most of the food items that are being sold at the school canteen are either canned, packed, processed items or fast food. This is seriously affecting the health of the children, especially very young children. Besides, the quality of the food items at times is ignored. The students are the losers. Not only their money is wasted but their health is also affected.
The school canteen must sell nutritious and healthy food such as, fresh fruit salad, fruit yogurt, fruit, fresh fruit juices (not only the artificial packed juices), popcorn, muffins, plain milk, vegetable wraps, etc. The school canteen requires complete upgradation. The paint on the walls is coming off. More sitting furniture for students is also required.I am hopeful your good self will definitely look into the problem and instruct the canteen in charge to do the needful.

It is stated with due respect that I, Manoj (Surname) a student of your school want to highlight some important areas of our school canteen that needs some improvement on immediate basis.
As a prestigious educational organization, we should provide hygienic atmosphere to our students, but in reality, the foods quality served in our school canteen are very pathetic and unhygienic. Apart from that, there is no water purification system in our canteen and it is very unfortunate that our students suffer from water borne diseases frequently.
