If you are an adventure seeker, then I am sure you would have already been on an excursion. In that case, you can simply describe your experience. If that is not the case, then mind you adventure need not necessarily be a trip into the Himalayas or something like that. An adventure can even be something like when you bunked a class in school. However, since I am not sure if your school authorities would appreciate something like that.
In that case, imagine yourself on the Himalayas, the cool air, the serene atmosphere, away from the hustle bustle of the city. You could also talk of the thin air and how it tires you. Talk of the camaraderie between your mates on the mountain. You could also describe something about your interaction with the local people.
