I am Karn Shubham, Chief Executive of the company Snigdha Private Ltd., Our company is a provision for the Internet in many areas in our city. Our company has been running for 4 years now and we are one of the best fast speed Internet providers in the city. We have been serving over 6000 customers.

The recent activity of Metro Construction in our area has disrupted and disturbed our services to the customers and has affected our business at a radical rate. The constructions caused a disrupt in the telephone lines and the customers couldn’t reach us for their on-going services. Many customers keep visiting our office as they are not being able to get to us by phone calls. It is being a huge burden for us to handle our customers. The disruption of the telephone lines is also causing a huge disturbance to our customers.
