Respected sir/madam

I am shyam, resident of Upasana Complex.I am writting to you in order to raise the issue of street dogs biting children.

Upasana complex have many playful and happy children but the dogs on the street have started biting them we couldn't stop them.

As this is the problem for children future we like to do something on this problem and help us.
