Sir,

            I am Manish Sharma, a retailer and also customer of your store. I bought some pairs of shoes from you.

          I found that the goods were of inferior quality. One pair of shoes were torn and the material is not good at all. My order number was 1245xxxx and the date of the order was 1st November, 2020. Being a frequent customer, I am very much disappointed.

            I want to exchange it. I will be waiting for your reply.
