I was lucky to fulfill a dream last week when I visited Kolkata’s renowned Eden Gardens cricket stadium to watch Pakistan play with India in test match.

Pakistan don’t often win in India but let alone Eden Gardens and it was thrashing to bat.

Eden Gardens is well known between many grounds in India and elsewhere because of its size.

It’s a nice place and the noise when even only half full is something for the ears to behold.

Indian crowd is very crazy here.

Indians cheers every ball batted by cricketing stalwarts and the general consensus is average fan of India which prefers batting to bowling and cheer more loudly when ball disappears over the ropes.

Crowd was very huge and I talked with many of them.

Some was friendly inspite of  being naturally envious for their respective team in a country where cricket is a type of religion.
