                   Sub: Complain regarding bus shelter in our area.

                  Sir, I am residing in SSS area under your jurisdiction. Due to heavy rains last month, the bus shelter available in our area is collapsed and passengers of our area are facing very hardship for commuting of buses.

                Being an architect student, i can tell that the bus shelter has collapsed not only of rains but also very poor quality of material used for construction. By luck no one is available under the bus shelter during the collapse.

                 I request to please arrange to provide new bus shelter in our area at the earliest.
