dark after seven in the evenings in winter that the possibility of some major accident cannot be

Nowadays,the residents of Indira Nagar,are facing the problem of electricity.The road gets so dark after seven pm,that there is a possibility of accident. Recently an accident occurred between a motorcycle and a car. The drivers were seriously injured. And this type of incidents has become a phenomenon around our locality. The Government should take steps against this type of problem.
Therefore, I will be highly grateful if you kindly help us with a fighting editorial against this type of problem.
