I am a regular reader of your newspaper. It is a well appreciated newspaper in our locality. I would like to share some tips for the youth of our country through your daily.
The kids are all cooped up in their homes due to unfavourable situations. Children have been asked to attend online classes. They have to sit in front of screens for 6-7 hours for classes and more 3-4 hours to complete assignments and submit them. They have been burdened with more work than usual. This has lead to stress and anxiety in children. Constant worry about future and failure or success in exams have led to an even worse situation. They are away from peers and miss them immensely. Face-to-face teaching, with teacher infront of them, was more comfortable for them. During such a situation children should be encouraged with fun and learning effective activities to ensure best results. They should be able to take a break and engage in their hobbies like; writing, dancing, painting, singing, etc. They should find time and engage in household chores as well. Spend some time with family and talk to them about studies. If possible maintain a journal, keeping record of all the activities you did and all things you are grateful for in life.
I hope that you bring this issue to public attention as this is the question of our youth. Awaiting a positive reply at the earliest.
