I bought a Godrej wardrobe from your showroom made of recycled wood shavings on March 25, 2020, sale no. 349373. I regret to inform you that its lock is not working properly. Besides, its doors don’t close and open properly; its pain is also uneven.

I have been a regular customer of your products since 2010. You can look up my purchase record in your system. My customer identity is given on the invoice I am attaching with this letter. I appeal to you to have the defective wardrobe replaced. Looking forward to prompt response.
