Culture as we know is evolution of thoughts and way of living which culminates together and comes out as a distinguish feature of a particular region or community. So as Indian culture which has evolved through many centuries has traits such as-
--(Atithi Devo Bhavah) Treat your guest is like your God.
--Shvetashvatar Upanishad describes(Eko Devah Sarvabhuteshu...) God is one and he reside in all the living beings.
--(Satya, Ahimsa, Kshama, Karuna, Sehanshilta) Truth, Non violence, Forgiveness, Love and Tolerance, these are the yard stick to judge a noble man and is expected by everyone to follow.
Unfortunately yes,
Indian culture is under great threat than ever before not by its non followers but by fanatics who preach it in their way out of their narrow mindedness, some out of political motive and some to satisfy their whimsical egos. Irony is :
--the fanatics worship deities 'Radha and Krishna' but they abuse couples on valentine day.
--they raise slogans of 'Jai Shri Ram' but forgets Rama was a figure of 'Dhairya, Sehenshilta' ie patience and tolerance.
--they hurt followers of other systems but forgets the sayings of Veda and Upanishads which says the same God resides in them too.
This is the time when the true admirers of Indian culture should raise their voice against few fanatic followers who are maligning a beautiful culture which is epitome of Love and Tolerance.
