SUB. :-The not cleaning of drains.
Sir
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to our locality. Well I have a lot of respect for our government as they are chosen by us but I think That Municipal Corporation of Delhi have a lot to do in our locality.
The issue is whenever there are some heavy showers of rain, the drains get filled up and the dirty water starts coming out and flow on the road. These things are the reason for the spreading diseases in our area. There was a time when people went out to feel petrichor during rain but now they can only feel bad smell of drains. Overall vehicles are also not able to pass these dirty floods and soon there is a jam. These things irritate the people of our locality a lot.
May the problem seem normal to you and you might also say I have used a lot of Hyperbole but trust me living in this area during rains and rainy season is next to impossible. The only thing we people can do is to make people see this on a large scale, so that the corporation can also see. Hope sir that you would surely publish this article for the sake of livelihood of the people of our locality. Your each step will be well appreciated.
Yours Truly
Aditya Tripathi
