Dear Sir,
Through the columns of your esteemed daily I would like to draw your attention towards the powerful imapact of media in promoting national integration. We were taught from childhood that India is considered as a country of "unity in diversity".
To promote this idea and to bring the people together of different religion, gender, caste, creed, culture, etc. media plays a very important role. The media through different means which includes radio, television channels, newspapers, etc. Almost all the people of our country arr somehow connected to media and this could be the best way to instill a feeling of national integration in the people. The media can change people's thought and direct them to think in the right way. Also people from different regions can express their thoughts which can reach to a larger group of people through media.
I conclude my letter and would like to request you to kindly publish my letter in your daily news paper.
