Sir:
I am writing this letter to your good-self to express my deep concern over the problem of unhygienic condition of roadside eating joints. These unhygienic eating joints cause lots of health problems to people eating at these places. Their kitchens are veritable nurseries of dangerous pests, rodents that jump, eat, and infect the food lying therein. The same food is served to the people.
The prime objective of these eating joints and shops to earn maximum profit – by hook or by crook. So, many compromises are made; hygienic aspects are ignored. Through the medium of your esteemed daily I appeal to the concerned authorities to look into the matter and set strict hygiene standards for these eating points, dhabas, and shops. I also appeal to people to be vigilant. Kindly give my views enough space in your esteemed daily.

I am a resident of Rampur and I am writing to bringing into the notice of the unhygienic condition of roadside eating joints of my area. Being a resident of the area I am deeply concerned regarding the fact that people of the area are suffering from various health issues after eating at these joints. The are no sanitary measures are followed in this food joints and their condition of the kitchens are pathetic. Harmful pests, rats, rotten foods are a usual seen in the kitchen area. Without caring the heath of the customers these joints are more focused into profit making and the aspect of hygiene are totally neglected. Even after the complaint of the resident so many times regarding this issue, the owners of the joints are not taking any action.
Through the medium of your honoured daily, I would like appeal to the concerned authorities to proper measure and strict action against these joints to upgrade their hygiene standards. I’ll be glad if my appeal and views get a space in your esteemed daily.
