$\qquad$I am Amit have the honour to say that I have affected by covid19 3 weeks ago .I had been admitted in a Covid care centre made by the central government. The Health facilities at there is not sufficient. The nurses and workers were not providing necessary care to the Patients. I amn't satisfied with this treatment. So please take action and assure for emergency treatment there.

Hence I want to request that please provide sufficient treatment to the Patients coming there for which we the citizens will remain ever grateful to you.

subject:-no proper health facilities.

I have a camplaint on your facilities that are provided in covid-19 centers there is no proper health care provided and much dirtyness had been founded,so I request you to make it much better from before that no other patients should face the problem please take it seriously because it is much important to improve the patient health. so respected sir please take it serious.
