With due to respect, I want to state that I am resident to Gobindpur in Patiala. Sir/Ma'am, young boys and girls should go foreign countries, for higher education for their bright future.

The younger boys and girls can get higher education if they go in countries like Germany or South Korea. These countries has good IQ level.
