Dear Sagar,
I hope you are fine and doing great without me, I am writing this letter to tell you about my experience being an inmate at the Tolstoy farm. I had a great experience their and I learnt a lot of new things.
With the assistance of Mr. Kallenbach and Shri Pragji Desai, I began taking some classes. I also did not undervalue the process of creating the body. They acquired this as part of their usual activities. Because there were no staff on the Farm, the convicts were responsible for all tasks, including cooking and scavenging. Everyone, young and old, who wasn't working in the kitchen had to spend some time gardening.
On Tolstoy Farm, we established a regulation that said that teachers could not ask students to perform tasks that they themselves were not performing. As a result, whenever students were requested to complete a task, a teacher was always present to assist and work alongside them. Therefore, the kids were happy to learn whatever they did.
Day by day, it became more and more obvious to me how challenging it was to raise and teach both boys and girls properly. If I were to be their true teacher and protector, I would need to reach out to them, experience their pleasures and sufferings alongside them, assist them in finding solutions to their issues, and guide their burgeoning youthful aspirations in the proper direction. I want you to come and visit this farm with me.
Yours Truly
