As far we know that the maximum consumption of water is in irrigation of agricultural field and on the other side we see the water table of groundwater is shifting at depth continuously as some of the reservoirs dried totally. If we talk about effective and efficient implementation then we can do some effective weork like, during agricultural field creation we should make sidewise pond and during the rainy season this pond will fill up and farmer use this conserved rain water in irrigation and again with the help of this pond the continuous recharging of aquifer also take place.
2ND METHOD- Implement a programme in which the grounding of rainy water which accumulates on the roof of apartment sothat the recharging of quifer will be continue even if the buildings coverthe landmass.
