Sub: Short supply of sports goods ordered vide order no. 124/X dated 15 May 2019 (inv. 568/X)
With reference to the above order, we noticed upon opening the consignment that 8 cricket bats and 1 dozen hockey balls were not packed and hence short supplied.
I am disappointed with the service as what was promised has not arrived though we have paid your invoice in full. These missing items are needed urgently for the District-level Sports meet being conducted at our school during 25-30 July.
Kindly send these items by speed post at the earliest and confirm.
