You bought a whirlphool white magic washing machine from m/s electronics india,lake side area'kolkata.after installation ,it washed well for two month .but suddenly the spin dry system of the machine has stopped functioning properly .write a letter to electronic india giving them them the gaurantee card number and other details regarding your complaint ,asking them to attend to it or replace it.
