Leisure time is important because it has a freshening effect on our mind body. It gives him a new lease of life.

Continuous work and its resultant stress and strain affect us awfully. We seeks rest and relief from the shackles of routine bound life. We requires leisure. It soothes our mind and body.

But leisure does not mean lazy hours. The man who works sincerely can enjoy his leisure fruitfully. It boosts up his spirit and makes him more enterprising. So, leisure is not only entertaining but also invigorating.

A man may enjoy his leisurely hours in different ways. Here, he is his own guide. But misuse of leisure is not desirable. In fact, leisure is welcome to a worker but useless to thy idle.
