Dear director,
We have visited a location which was hosted by your travel agency. We are greatly disappointed, in the quality and service of this hotel. The rooms were dusty, unclean and dirty. The food was horrible, and very difficult to eat due to the bad taste. The bathrooms didn't have working flushes or showers.
We have not received the product and service we had been promised. This was far below substandard. We ask you to not give false promises to customers, as good advice for any business. Do not damage the image of the locals, which had given us better service than 'a world class 5 star resort'. They were very nice and understanding of our situation and were much better caterers than yours.
We will be leaving a very negative review in light of our disappointment. We hope to never do business with your firm again, at least until you can improve your standards.
