Dear Sir,
It is to state that I, the programme coordinator of Adarsh Public School want to throw some light on our recent trip to Nainital through the tourism package provided by you.
Sir, I have to tell you that the package provided by your good office was very substanard, and that right from the time the team landed in Nainital, it has been very hassling on our part to cope with your poor services.
That nobody came to receive the students to the station on time. After calling your guide for half an hour, he turned up with a bunch of excuses. Second, to mention, the rooms provided by you were very shabby and dingy, even the food was absolutely filthy. I cannot tell you what embarrassment I had to face because of your poor services.
Last but not the least, we had an horrible experience with you, and I assure you I will never again recommend your tours & travels to anyone, least of all avail it in future. Please stop duping tourists like this, as this spoils the face value of the local community, and questions the integrity of honest providers.

Dear Sir,
I had employed your agency to help me organize and plan a school trip to Nainital for my whole class of fifty students. The duration of the trip was supposed to be ten days but out of the ten days, we were only taken care f by your agency for 8 days. The two days, we were made to do our own sightseeing and travels. Also, the hotel reservations and the food, which were already promised and planned by your agency were not up to what had been promised.
The overall experience and service was way below standard, not something one will expect from a "famed" travel agency like you claim to be. SO, if you have no plans t improve your service, I am requesting you to stop duping tourists from making the same mistakes that we did. This is simply not acceptable, tarnishing the very image and popularity of the locals and other travel agencies.
