A Daring Bank Robbery in The City

Kolkata, Nov 14 : Yesterday a dreadful bank robbery took place at about 2 pm in Syndicate Bank, Shyam bazar branch. An eye witness said, four persons with double barrel guns got down from an Ambassador car and rushed in. They forcibly snatched away the key from the cashier at gun point and looted the cash in five gunny bags and escaped. The amount is said to be about 10 lacs. Nobody dared to resist the dacoits. This violent robbery was ended within fifteen to twenty minutes. The Police are still in darkness about the identity and whereabouts of the miscreants.
