Food, the word brings 'delicious images' and 'mouth watering aroma' to our minds. We could literally taste all kinds of flavours and could smell sweet perfumes of food through our vivid imagination. Why is this? It is because food is a necessity, a 'must have' in our daily lives, and it uplifts our mood. Most importantly, it keeps us healthy and alive. It boosts our immune system.
But is every kind of delicious food healthy for us? Does it help us to survive longer? The answer is, no, there are dishes that are strangely harmful to our body. As example, the fast food and cold drinks. They are toxic to our stomach and leads to several diseases afterwards, if consumed for longer than normal.
These types of food, the oily, buttery and cheesy kinds are to be avoided at all measures. Beware from such food and eat greens. Exercising is to be practiced regularly. Stay healthy!
