Sir,

With due respect, I want to bring this fact to your attention that we are lacking behind in our practice for the upcoming district hockey tournament because of the unavailability of the playground in our school. I discussed this issue with the sports in charge and we have come to an alternative that is we can practice for now in our neighbouring school, Anu Bal Public School.

Kindly permit us to practice in that playground so that we can come out with flying colours in the upcoming tournaments.
