Dear friend,

                Hope this letter finds you well. I am also doing well. I recently attended the seminar on effective listening skills and found it to be of great value. Hearing is the physical capability, while listening is a skill. Listening skills let one to make sense of and comprehend what another person is saying. Good listening skills make workers more creative. The ability to listen carefully permits workers to better understand projects they are given. A student's ability to actively listen has a major influence on building the communication skills desired both inside and outside of the classroom. That was something I wanted to share with you about seminar. Thank you.
