Dear sir,

I am Ann a student of your school. Me and my class wants to request you to organize a debate competition for the world television day.

We had planned for some interactive activities for this day but we also wanted to conduct a debate competition but we need the auditorium space so we decided to ask you. The topic for the debate would be -: Television has taken over our life. We want you to be the judge and give away prices to the winner. We will also have poetry competition along with that and the topic would be Television. Please let us know if it is possible because we need to select students accordingly. Your approval would mean a lot and I hope you would allow us to conduct this debate.

I hope you write to me soon telling us whether we can do the debate or not.
