Dear Sir
I'm a resident of Shakib Vihar, Lucknow and through my letter, I want to draw the attention of the authorities concerned towards the insanitary conditions prevailing in the locality. The streets present the most deplorable condition as they are not swept for days. Where there are open drains, they have become a breeding ground for mosquitos and poly-bags can be seen scattered all over the place.
We lodged a complaint with the Zonal Municipal Commissioner also and in spite of sending reminders, there's been no change. As a result, there have been many cases of malaria and chikungunya in our area. I would request the authorities to take immediate measures to rid us of the insanitary conditions here.

I am writing to you to express my deep concern and anguish over the very critical issue of Insanitary Condition in Shakib Bihar. Our locality is a literal hell of squalor, garbage heaps, broken roads, overflowing manholes, stagnated water, and reeking smell. As a result malaria, dengue, viral fever are quite rampant.
The inefficiency of Municipal authorities is so hopeless; in spite of repeated requests, reminders and complaints, no action has been taken to relive us of our distress. Through the medium of your esteemed daily I appeal to the concerned authorities to look into the matter and take speedy measures to bail us out of our plight. Thanking you.
