Sir,

Through the lights of your esteem newspaper, I would like to draw your kind attention to the problem of stray dogs in our locality. Recently, some of the stray dogs have made their ways towards our colony causing disturbing noise and other serious problems to the residents of the colony. Moreover, during the evening hours, it becomes risky for residents to walk freely. They do not only bark on the residents but have also bite some children. Due to this, fear has taken place in the residents. We have complained many times to the concerned authority but the government officials have not taken any measure against it. Therefore, I request you to kindly publish my report in your newspaper so that he concern authority can take appropriate actions.
