Subject : Replacement for the printer.

I placed an order for a printer from your electronics against Order Form number BK 00207 on May 25, 2021. The order was duly delivered at my place against bill number 2476.

When I opened the parcel and checked the working of printer, it wasn't functioning all the time I tried to print my documents.

I would appreciate if the order is delivered a fresh and with proper care at the address mentioned above and as soon as possible the cost of the printer has already been debited against my Citibank card number 00 25764 65433.
