Dear Sir

This letter is with reference to the purchase made on june 15 , 2020 of a refrigerator with purchase ID 522156XC . The refrigerator supplied to us does not function properly .

It worked well for approximately 30 minutes initially but suddenly lost its functioning . It could not freeze well . Also , the handle of the refrigerator was found in miserable condition .

I request you to either repair our supply or replace it with a new one . Such carelessness was not acceptable from a reputed company of yours . I hope you'll respond to the demand. Hoping for a positive response as an aware consumer . Thank you!
