Subject: Complaint against poor lodging experience

Sir,

I would like to bring to your notice that I have received very poor service during my stay at the Lake View Resort from 5th to 10th May 2020. It was nothing similar to what was advertised in the hotel brochure. The staff was discourteous, the rooms were dirty, the appliances in the rooms were malfunctioning, everything was out of place.

My family and I have been immensely disappointed with our vacation. Kindly take responsibility for this on your part and provide me with a refund for my stay.
