Excursion Plan to Shillong:
I am here to notify all of our classmates about our excursion plan to Shillong that starts from 25th of this April. As we all know that we have been allowed to spend four days and three nights in Shillong, I have made plans as a class leader according to the stipulated time.
We are packing off from our institution on the evening of 24th April with our institution’s bus. We will be in Shillong around 8 Am of 25th April. I request everyone to pack the necessary things like bed sheets, Woolen cloths and tablets as it is the last week of April which is cold as all months in Shillong. We will be visiting five important places around Shillong. They are Don Bosco Museum,
Umiam Lake,
Ward’s lake,
Nohkalikai Falls and
Lady Hydari park.
All arrangements for accommodations were already made through wire and there is no need for individual accommodations. That’s all for now and I want everyone to present at the main gate of our institution on 24th April evening; around 6:30 Pm.

Our excursion to Shillong will be of total 5 days.
We will be staying at Government rest house, and we have done the booking.
We have already done our flight booking and out tour operator will meet us on the airport.
We have already appointed out cook at the guest house.
All our participants need to carry their personal ID card and personal mobile while on the tour along with dress and other personal accessories.
