Subject: Improper maintenance of a colony park.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Anita, residing at 22, New Light Colony in Guwahati, through this letter I would like to draw your kind attention to maintenance of the park located in our colony.

The park is dirty and not maintained properly despite the numerous complaints of the colony members to the park incharge.The park incharge pays no heed to our complains, his response is not satisfactory despite following up with him several times. He does not seem to do his duty properly. The park slides are broken or rusted. The park is not cleaned regularly and food waste from picnics, plastic bags and animal litter is found lying on the ground. Parents are afraid to send their kids to play due to the large number of mosquitoes swarming in the park. The maintenance of the plants are not good, most of the plants are on the verge of drying.

I request your intervention in the matter at an early date.
