Subject: Complaint against the Negligence of the Park In Charge

Respected Sir,

I, Arun, am a resident of 22 – Row, Light Colony, Guwahati and I want to bring into your kind notice grave negligence spotlighted in the premises of my colony. Sir, one of your subordinates has been given the responsibility of looking after the beautiful park of our locality is not fulfilling his duties properly.

Due to his delinquency, the boundary wall of the park has been broken. The flowers beds are in poor conditions and one cannot find any traces of flowers therein. The hedges are not pruned properly and people have made many shortcuts by damaging these hedges.

Therefore, you are, very humbly, requested to take serious notice of this criminal negligence and change the officer under discussion. This will help the people of our colony as the general condition of the park will be improved and it will result in the beautification of the area as well.

I shall be highly grateful to you in this regard.

Yours Truly

Arun

Subject: Ramshackle condition of our colony park

Sir:

I am writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice the ramshackle condition of our colony park. A few months ago, it was such a great place of beauty; people and children would come to it in the morning and evening to walk and sitting in peace.

However, owing to the negligence of the park in charge, it is in pitiable condition. The boundary wall has been broken badly as result it has become the favorite place for stray animals; flower beds have been terribly ruined; the hedges have grown out of control.

I appeal to your kind-self to look into the matter and take the park in charge to task. Looking forward to prompt action.

Yours faithfully,

Anita
