As we all are aware with the fact that few students of our class have mistakenly broken the window pane while playing during the recess time. Hence, Sister principal has ordered to pay a penalty. She has asked the entire class to contribute in the penalty.

Being the monitor I have decided to conduct a meeting in order to finalize the amount of contribution per child. You all are asked to Join the meeting tomorrow during recess. Principal has given a deadline of May 8th to positively submit the penalty. We are getting sufficient time to deal with this. So, I hope our class will fix this problem maturely.
