This is to inform you that I Asif Khan had booked a railway ticket and a room in New Delhi via your travel agency. I gave the date of 26th September, 2020 for railway ticket and two days of room booking on 27th September,2020 and 28th September, 2020 respectively. Also, a return railway ticket on 29th September, 2020.

Today, I received the tickets via mail and found that my boarding ticket is of 21st September, 2020 and the hotel booked is on 22nd September, 2020 and 23rd September, 2020 respectively. The return railway ticket is also wrong and is given for the date 24th September, 2020.

I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with the inconvenience caused to me and is totally disappointed for the same. Therefore, I now request you to cancel the previous tickets and book new ones with the correct dates given above. I hope you will render my services and will help the needy me.
