Probably the most minimalist approach is to breathe out forcefully in a horizontal direction while inhaling vertically. You can move a few tens of grams per minute of air this way. Within a couple of minutes you should be moving a centimeter or two per second in whatever direction you want to go.
If you don’t have far to go and/or you’re in a hurry, you can also throw a shoe or other article of clothing to accelerate yourself in the opposite direction.
Waving your arms to try to push air away from you might also work, but I suspect controlled breathing would be more efficient.
