Sir,

I would like to draw your attention to the laptop I had bought on 8 June 2019. Invoice no. 2885. I bought it from your store in Allahabad.

I noticed that there were many cracks on the screen of the laptop. When I tried to switch on the laptop, the button didn't even budge. I also noticed that there were bits of papers in between the keys of the keyboard. Few of the keys were even missing.

I politely ask to give me a refund or an exchange for this laptop. I thank you for drawing your attention to this matter.
