Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to bring to your attention about the need and importance of trees in our lives. We all know how trees/ plants as a whole are necessary for our very survival. We only hear of more and more trees being cut to make way for development and industrialization but no replacement for the uprooted trees.
If we are to live in this planet, we also need to give back to nature and help it balance out the whole ecology. So, we must all ensure the plantation of more trees to keep up with the receding number of trees.
So, it is my ardent request to highlight this issue in your esteem newspaper so that everyone will be made aware of the ever increase in the global temperature and decrease in plants.
