Sir,
As holding the seat of protector of the city, I want to drag your attention towards the distress felt by the daily commuter due to the odd even number rule in Delhi. This was the nice step took by the Chief Minister of Delhi for controlling the pollution. But with every pros there's always a con.
Commuters couldn't find way to reach office on the day when there car being parked at home. Even Online Cabs' business was going down.
I could suggest the replacement of 10 year old vehicle and the commuter must issue for the pollution review certificate.
I'll be very greatful to you if you print an article regarding it.

Subject: Issues and problems generated due to even-odd rule
Respected Sir
This is to inform you about the consequences that we are facing due to the even-odd rule which has passed in Delhi this summer. We have been told that this has resulted in a decrease in pollution. Well, I completely disagree with this rule that has been passed.
People are now facing work problem issues as everyone has to reach their workplace on time. The idea of carpooling and sharing is not as practical as everyone has different work hours. The ones who have the same work hours are forced to leave their vehicles at home and book a cab (even/odd).
This has however resulted in more chaos on the road than before and has been one of the reasons to increase pollution even more (both sound and air). This can be stopped by realizing that the idea of carpooling and e- rickshaws and promoting it.
I hope people realize this soon.
