As the number of coronavirus cases in India jumped to 415 on Monday (March 23), the country has been placed under lockdown with 75 districts in different states put under lockdown to curb the spread of coronavirus.
On the other hand, the number of fatalities around the world due to the coronavirus outbreak crossed 14,500 on Sunday and the cases across globe is rising steadily increasing worries that the worst is yet to come.
As the government is taking all necessary measures to curb the coronavirus menace, it is also the responsibility of people to take basic precautions in order to avoid infection.
Good morning everyone present; I am Ayesha and I am here to speak briefly about "measures to be taken against COVID 19".
The entire world is passing through a tough phase on account of COVID 19 pandemic. Approximately 112,753,643 infections have been reported across the world; 2,498,668 people have been reported dead by the infection. Since the virus is highly contagious, we need to be on our guard to keep ourselves protected.
Apart from observing and practicing social distancing, we must take extreme care of our health. In order to keep our immunity strong, we must do physical exercise, eat highly nutritious diet, and do yoga and meditation.
Staying optimistic and spiritual is of utmost importance. It is not the first time that some calamity has darkened the world; on many occasions earlier also the life was threatened by diseases. We will surely overcome the pandemic.
Stay positive and do your best to keep yourselves protected! Get yourself vaccinated as early as possible. All the best.
