This is to inquire about the availability of accommodation in your hotel in November, this year.  I will be coming down to Shimla on a business tour for two weeks from June 19th till July 3rd, and want a suite of rooms' in your hotel for this period.  Please confirm reservation for one double bedroom with attached bath and air-conditioning. The availability of a Jacuzzi and Spa facility would be a plus point.
