#12345. I ordered a computer book

which is written by J.MacMillan and

published by XOM. I ordered this book

2 weeks ago on 21th of September

and payed the fees by credit card, the

payment serial is 456 but I haven't

received my book yet.

I'm a university student and I need the book for my final exam which is in the next 3 weeks. Unfortunately I lost these 2 weeks since i've ordered the book and as a result I couldn't follow my schedule.

Please let me know what the reason for this delay is. Besides, I need to know what is the exact arrival time for my order.
