Dear Sir,

This is Deepak Chanda and I am honored to receive the invitation that offers me the respectable position of being a judge for the dance competition for the student of classes 11 and 12.

This is my unfortunate luck that my current situation is not enabling me to enrich myself by serving your offer as I have to visit my hometown due to some unavoidable circumstances. Owing to my difficulties I am unable to avail myself of this golden opportunity.

I apologize for the inconvenience I caused and I cannot be thankful enough for considering me eligible for this position.
